    Sugar are poured in almost every types of Bengali food  which is the major specialty of Bengali food. Even they pour sugar in mutton. Whatever it is, but those food have its own taste.

    Every district of Bengal has it's own taste and flavour of any bengali preparation. As for example the taste and flavour of particular mutton preparation at Chittagong differs from Midnapur. People from east bengal uses little or no sugar in their cooking where as for people of western part sugar is almost an intregal part of any prepration
